Need Space to Reflect? We’re Offering Three Free Partnership Learning Sessions
When was the last time your partnership actually stopped to learn together?
Social sector collaborations are critical to meeting complex challenges in our society. But as the end of the financial year approaches, organisations and networks are typically busy with delivery and reporting.
However, without structured reflection, effective insights cannot be shared, collective intelligence may be lost, and opportunities to strengthen practice going forward can be missed.
At Cultivating Change, we see learning as one of the most valuable (and under-supported) parts of partnership work.
So, as a small contribution back to the sector, we’re offering:
Three free partnership shared learning sessions
For collaborations of three or more organisations working together on a shared effort.
Each clinic includes up to four hours of support (including preparation), with a focus on:
A facilitated 1.5-hour online reflection and sensemaking session
Drawing out shared insights across partners
Identifying what’s working, shifting, and needed next
Turning learning into practical next steps for the year ahead
We know many collaborations haven’t had the time, budget, or opportunity to come together and reflect on the year. This is designed to create that space. It will be structured, practical, and immediately useful.
If you’re part of a partnership that would benefit from a shared learning session, we’d love to support you. You can choose to focus your session on a particular topic of interest, or a general reflection over the past year.
We’re offering three clinics only by 30 June 2026.
Email: Judy and Emma at info@cultivatingchange.com.au Tell us a bit about your collaboration and what you’d hope to get from a shared reflection session. Sessions will be run in Australian friendly time zones.
